Work location: West (Polyclinics) Work hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat), office hours Responsibilities: Ensure medications and supplies are replenished regularly to maintain smooth dispensing processes. Pack and dispense prescriptions according to professional guidelines and standards. Provide counselling to patients in accordance with good dispensing protocols. Understand basic medications and promptly alert pharmacists or prescribers when customers require assistance. Report issues, patient concerns, or complaints to supervisors or pharmacists in a timely manner. Offer guidance to patients for their medication intake. Conduct routine checks and ensure proper functioning of pharmacy equipment (e.g., weighing machines, computers, printers). Maintain cleanliness and order in the pharmacy, work areas, and storage rooms. Ensure dispensing counters are stocked up with consumables daily. Monitor stock levels of medicines, leaflets, and other pharmacy supplies, and replenish as required. Regularly check expiry dates and condition of all pharmacy stock. Key Requirements: Min. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Graduates of the Certified Pharmacy Technician Course (CPTC) Prior work experience as a Pharmacy Technician would be advantageous but not necessary Possess excellent customer service skills and has good interpersonal skills Good team player and self-motivated
