Job OverviewServo Autowerkz Pte Ltd is looking for a reliable and hands-on Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our workshop team. We are seeking someone with basic to intermediate experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, a strong willingness to learn, and a meticulous working attitude. The ideal candidate should be responsible, honest, hardworking, and able to work independently while also functioning well within a team environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform servicing, maintenance, and repair works on passenger vehicles Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical faults accurately Carry out engine oil servicing, brake repairs, suspension work, battery replacement, aircon servicing, and general repairs Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment properly Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues Ensure all repair works are completed safely and to workshop standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area and tools Follow workshop SOPs and safety practices Assist senior technicians on advanced repair and troubleshooting work when required Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs RequirementsAt least basic experience and knowledge in automotive repair and servicing Able to perform general maintenance and repair work independently Familiar with Japanese, Continental, or Korean vehicles is an advantage Possess good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Meticulous and detail-oriented Responsible and takes pride in workmanship Positive attitude and willing to learn Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with good communication skills Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred Preferred AttributesWe value mechanics who: Do not cut corners in repair work Treat customers’ vehicles carefully and professionally Keep the workshop clean and organised Have initiative and strong problem-solving mindset Are trustworthy and dependable Want to grow long-term with the company Ben
