Anduril Industries is seeking a visionary Head of Production to lead the transition from New Product Introduction to sustained high-rate manufacturing for its critical Rocket Motor Systems division.
The role requires a leader who will architect, build, and optimize all production functions including planning, supply chain, and quality assurance while maintaining a strong physical presence on the McHenry floor.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and possess a proven track record of establishing new facilities or significantly expanding existing ones.
