Base: $157,000.00 - $271,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for long-term incentive program; Benefits: 401(k), pension, vacation, sick time, parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years designing sophisticated digital systems
4+ years leading UX design teams
Experience with embedded UIs and AR/VR
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
End-to-end product development experience
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with medical industry regulations
Masters degree in HCI or related field
Passion for inclusive team culture
Experience influencing stakeholders without direct management
