Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years mechanical system development experience
Sheet metal, engineered plastics, and foam design
Structural modeling and FEA simulation skills
Refrigeration and HVAC/R system knowledge
CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)
Regulatory compliance (UL, IEC, FDA, CE)
Nice-to-have
Experience with Lean and PPI methodologies
Cross-functional collaboration in NPD processes
Data acquisition and automated testing familiarity
