Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Lead the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS. Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting, tax filing, and regulatory requirements in Singapore and other jurisdictions as the group expands. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial service providers. Management & Performance Reporting Prepare consolidated management reports, including variance analysis, KPIs tracking, and commentary on financial performance against budget and forecast. Develop and maintain financial dashboards to support operational decision-making by the CFO and other business leaders. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads. Monitor actual performance against budget, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions. Post-Acquisition Integration Support the finance integration of acquired companies, particularly those in China, ensuring alignment of accounting policies, ERP systems, and internal controls. Work closely with the local finance teams in China to harmonize reporting standards and streamline consolidation. Internal Controls & Process Improvement Enhance and document internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, leveraging technology to automate and scale. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital to optimize liquidity and support operational needs. Assist in managing banking relationships and financing arrangements. Team Leadership & Development Supervise and mentor a small finance team (e.g., accountants, analysts) in Singapore.
